"The concept is great and the facilities are good however the restaurant is really bad. Breakfast buffet is quite ok but the rest really isn’t good. Most staff members seem to be student, they’re very helpful and friendly but need to be coached by professionals to improve their customer service skills.
The kids loved the playground and the other activities available so we will certainly come back.
There should be towels made available at the swimming pool for hotel residents. "

"Hotel was nice and comfortable. The pool was a nice option.
We were there with a large group of international police and firefighters, from 22 different countries for sporting competitions. Because we all come from around the world, we would like to hang out with one another and have drinks swap stories and catch up with fellow first responders from around the globe. However, this was not entirely possible.
I understand they have a business and we supported the different businesses,...
