"Excellent property. Great and convenient place to stay for family planning to go to summit and for hike. Evening at the hotel outdoor seating area with a drink facing the mountains is simply amazing experience. Staff was very helpful. The only thing to be mindful is you need to reserve time for breakfast and dinner. When we arrived the day before our hike, we asked them to reserve breakfast the next day but it was only available later part of the day (9:30) . The only feedback is to open breakfast early morning and have a small market for foolish to grab coffee and quick bitings for their early morning hike. Staff at the restaurant is super helpful. Overall this is a top notch property and we loved a lot and we Iāll return back. Thank you for amazing hospitality!"

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely owner! Maria was welcoming and very helpful with great restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. The pool and gardens are meticulously maintained and the hotel and rooms have wonderful charm and elegance! We had a fabulous week in this stunning area with walks that gifted us with incredible views and we shall certainly be back as a week was just not long enough! Thank you Maria, to you and your family for providing such a wonderful place to stay!"

"Great location, short walk into Potes centre. Covered parking for motorcycles around the back (depending on availablity). Good rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast basic...... Suited me though. Great position for a base when your doing The Picos."

"Me gustĆ³ el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baƱo. El personal nos recibiĆ³ muy bien. Peroā¦. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huĆ©spedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de mĆ”s huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegĆ³. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oĆdos."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."

"Stunning location, stunning views, lovely room (mountain view sitting room well worth the extra imho) and the silence in that valley is deafening. Breakfast simply superb, this is a quite extraordinary place to unwind and totally decompress from the real world. Wonderfully convenient for beaches and the Picos. Ample parking on site, lovely gardens and terrasse with chairs, tables and loungers. Ssssh! Donāt tell anyone!"
