Thank you for your honest review Gretchen. I was very concerned when I read it because we do not discriminate against our 3rd party guests. It is true that you are not able to select a specific room number/side of the hotel through a 3rd party application and it is also true that we are unable to change the room type of a 3rd party booking, but we can certainly relocate a guest to another room of the same type if one is available. I looked into your reservation and it seems that you booked a 2 night stay on Monday March 25th & Tuesday March 26th and we were in fact full on that Tuesday night other than our handicap accessible room & the room right next to yours, which was occupied during your first night. Please note that we do not assign your room when you book through a 3rd party, the 3rd party booking agent assigns your room. I am very sorry if you felt discriminated against because you booked through a 3rd party, it should have been properly explained to you that the only way to select a specific room number or request an upgrade is to book directly through the hotel. Please call the GM to discuss this matter further.
