There were no spoons for breakfast..only knives and forks…how does one eat oatmeal, cereal, etc.? There was no staff member to ask for a spoon either. Breakfast space was too small to accommodate guests."

"The view off the lake from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the property was pretty dated, as others have stated before and it was pretty isolated. The winery on-site was convenient but the staff there was not as accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but would not go back."

No waffles (why my family wanted to stay here) -- looks like waffle iton is old & needs to be replaced. Tish-sheba in brkfst rm working very hard even as customers complain to her about no waffles while the manager sat in the INNER office (not even front desk). I had to get his attention after standing at front desk waiting for him to look up. Thats...

"Swimming pool was out of service, no breakfast available, toilet made a constant leaking water noise, they took away wet towels but didn't restock clean towels our first night, crowds of smokers outside the exit doors and chatting loudly outside our room window on the final night from 8 to 10 pm."

On top of not turning the TV on or off went to the front desk twice could only change the channels down and then it would loop all the way back again could never make the channel changer change upward also down where our car is bark, my wife saw a big butcher knife, sitting on top of an air conditioner. We thought it was strange but the next morning we got up and left back home."
