"Room was not very clean. Hairs all over the bathtub and a dirty hoodie tucked between the bed and the wall. "

"My toilet was clogged when I arrived. Didn’t realize it just thought the toilet paper was coming back up for some reason. It wasn’t until the next morning I realized it was clogged. Maintenance came up with a plunger but I was embarrassed for them to come in. After 10 minutes of working I got it unclogged. The maintenance guy stayed outside while I worked and that was really sweet of him. The lamps needed fresh bulbs as they were flickering. The lamp shades on the bed sconces were tearing apart. The plunger in the sink that stops the sink up to hold water pulled right out. The sink also dripped badly. The hotel could have done much better. I advised the manager when I checked out and he comped my breakfast which was a really nice way of saying he was sorry. If you don’t tell hotel staff about these things they will never know"

"We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "

"Awesome location especially when traveling with a dog. We loved suite option that allowed for some sound privacy. "

"The breakfast buffet was far too expensive for what it was so we opted not to use it. Didn't use the bar area either. The room was relatively clean but the property is very dated and this contributed to cleanliness. The carpet in our room was stained all over, there was rippling in the carpet and it was pulling up in corners. The towel rack in the bathroom was partially falling out of the wall. There were stains in the wallpaper and the curtains. The reviews and especially the photos of the property did not accurately reflect the expected conditions of the room. I wanted to move to a different property but our reservation was already prepaid and we just slept there instead of spending a ton of time in the room. The sheets and bedding were clean, but the rest of the room was lackluster and in need of serious renovation so hotel staff can properly clean the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and we're supposed to get refreshed linens and new towels on day 3 but that never happened either. The location worked out great for us for the trip but we will not be staying at this location again. "
