"The hotel was great but needed to do laundry and was shocked to see such a nice hotel especially with its size that they only had 1 washer and 1 dryer and someone actually left there clothes in both"

"Such a wonderful weekend. The place was perfect. Our own private pool, hot tub, & sauna. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. We did have a mishap. We were charged twice for our room. After I noticed it and went back to the office, Jamie was a tremendous help. Very professional. At first it didn’t look like a mistake on their end. After a discussion Jamie saw the mistake. Apologized, and corrected it promptly. I say this not to put a negative on our stay, but quite the opposite. A mistake happened and it was handled with the upmost importance and respect. Most definitely will recommend to all friends."

"Genuinely confused by all the bad reviews of this property because we thought it was just fine! Is it the Four Seasons? Nope. But it was clean, cool on a hot summers day, and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. Not in the greatest neighborhood but also not as unsafe as people are whining about in other reviews. Overall a decent place to stay on a budget near downtown Milwaukee."
