Our stay at Courtyard in Brown Deer was excellent. The room was clean and relaxing. The Hotel front desk personnel was exceptional! Although I arrived a day ahead of my scheduled stay there, assistance was provided to update my reservations through Expedia. Looking forward to using this location in the future!!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Walls and doors show signs of wear. TV image quality could be better, it is not HD. Easy parking, the hotel is located on a main road with easy access to highways.

Room was clean. Shower extremely slippery, borderline dangerous. Grab handles next to shower head. Nobody enters a shower on that end. Left something behind and the employee at 10:30 at night didn’t identify themselves, hung up (maybe by accident) but refused to answer phone with repeated attempts calling back. Finally answered after 10 minutes. Very unprofessional behavior.
