"大変お世話になりました。 お部屋は２間で綺麗に清掃されていました。 スタッフは外国人の方が優しく対応してくださいました。 お風呂は露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。内風呂は温かかったです。 洗面台や床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていてモップで掃除をしました。 ゴミ箱が少ないのかゴミが溢れていました。 フリードリンクもありましたがビールがなかったのが残念でした。 食事は朝食のみでしたがあまり食べられないので充分でした。 エレベーターが直ぐ閉まってしまうので毎回手で押さえて出入りしていたのでもう少し開いている時間を長く設定した方が良いと思います。 家族旅行には良いと思います。"

"The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at the hotel ahead of the check in time and they were eager to safekeep our luggage while we ventured out for some sightseeings. The dinner and breakfast were served to us in a private room. Not only was the quality of food top notched, the dedicated staff who was served us was the epitome of Japanese...
