"The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues "

"I stayed in ridge point villa.Love the room, kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans to cook, having washer and dryer in the room is convenient.Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The amazing view. I would love to try other rooms in next trip. Absolutely recommend everyone to stay at Holiday inn vacations club resort.

"hi when i checked in, there was no hot water, and even a call to the front desk asked to continue run the hot water for 10-15mins. I did so and still no hot water. I have requested for a room change. However, when I requested for an earlier room cleaning, only the bathroom towels were replaced, nothing else. Overall, it was not a pleasant staying experience. I would say the chances for next stay is low with this chain."

"This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had."
