Each member of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the MO Club Staff team (Apology for not remembering. The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. Also want to mention he Front desk team for also providing and exceptional service that always welcoming and friendly I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Pudong to any person visiting shanghai "

The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. "Everything is good except check in and check out procedure. At check in, staff made mistake. After entering the room, staff called and required us to to go to reception again with our credit card. At check out, staff couldn’t make the transaction go through. After multiple tries, a senior staff helped and found out the original staff made mistake. We were standing at the reception for 20 minutes, without receiving apologies."
