"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any parking pass or anything. Then tried to send me off with room keys but no room number written or told. It was very off putting especially after driving 5 hours to get here. The next morning I had to go ask the front desk about the specifics of the parking and found out I was supposed to have a paper in my car that was filled out by the front desk. It was very frustrating. Maybe he was new? Besides the check-in process the hotel was nice and parking is kinda scarce at night"
