Bad review bad lady Daria not nice at all !!!😡

The lady Dariya was not pleasant at all. In fact rude at times. I had many runnings with her first of all. They gave me a room so small that I couldn’t swing a cat in it. Secondly, I asked for the room to be cleaned. Nobody bothered to come thirdly upon my departure I asked for a late checkout which should’ve been complimentary which wasn’t I had to pay half the money and then she kept calling me and calling me on the phone in the room while I was getting ready to leave it was quite annoying. Then she turned up at the door of my room and insisted that I should leave this sort of behaviour should not happen in hotels like this. Because of one person, I shall never return to this establishment again I feel a little bit betrayed by the payments I made and the lack of service I received. I didn’t even get free breakfast let alone anything else they make me feel as if I was not wanted there. She was not polite at all. I did not like the way I was treated and it felt at times that there was some prejudice regarding my colour. I certainly would never stay there again.

Были 4 ночи. Отель вероятно недавно построен, или только что отремонтирован. Все помещения очень чистые. Сантехника новая, кондиционер, холодильник в номере. На все понравилось. И еще - большой бесплатный паркинг для гостей.
