The property management company clearly runs a bunch of properties that they have never been to. The listing was wrong about several details. They claimed in the listing to have a hot tub and propane grills which were both incorrect. I was explicitly told by their customer service that they have a propane grill and they provided gas. There is a state park style charcoal grill but they don't provide tools or supplies. Since they didn't know anything about their units, they couldn't tell you what was provided. It was suggested that I provide my own kitchen supplies, knives, beach equipment and beach towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. There ended up being some things left from other users, and i left some things for the next person that i bought, but you were expected to buy anything you might need. They provided a big list of potential access codes for things most of which were wrong. Overall the property wasn't managed well.
