"I am amazed this Hotel is allowed to operate. At check-in I found the lobby to be without A/C and the clerk was plugging and unplugging while smacking the computer to make it work.I am not sure it ever worked. The Door frame to our actual room had severe rot, the table inside was a folding table, the floor was filthy and the white towels had dark stains. I went to take a shower before the concert we came there for, and when I pulled the thing to activate the shower, the faucet came shooting out...

"We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. "

"The house didn't feel the cleanest. My family had to reclean all the kitchenware before we used it. There was a chair being held together with a zip tie, the bunk bed held up with a piece of wood, multiple blinds were broken, the sink clogged and the counter wasn't even attached to the wall so it was moving. For just needing a place to stay it worked, but the area around is a lot of abandoned houses. It needs a lot of fixing up/retouches. "
