"For the amount of money paid, you would think there would be a microwave andrefrigerator in the room. No cleaning service no cell service and spotty Wi-Fi. The shower was terrible hot water to cold water without changing the knob no steady temperature half of the restaurants not open or closed early food, choices, or limited not worth the money. Should’ve just stayed in Holiday Inn for half the price"

"Place is okay. Very young child/family focused. The pool is basically a splash pad. The other pool says 5 feet deep, it's 3 feet. There's no sidewalks so everyone just wanders around the road. When you check in, they immediately hand you off to someone to try and get you to sign up for their timeshare breakfast demo. The walls/ceiling to our room were paper thin. I dont think I'll go to another Westgate resort again."

"We took our granddaughter on a little weekend get away. She had a ball with the Waterpark and fun spot."

"Hotel was very nice. Staff and grounds were great. The reason for giving a neutral review is our room was right next to loud live music until 1AM. I feel we should have been warned about the room at check in or before and given an option for a room on the other side of the hotel. Please be sure to ask about this when making your reservation and check in."
