Very quiet, rural area. Excelent hosts with breakfast options that would shame most quality hotels. Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities. Would definitely stay again Ricky

Lovely hotel on the edge of town. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and good breakfast included. On site bar and restaurant with good menus. Perfect for Ferrari fans visiting the museums or for a day in Modena.

Stayed 1 night and it was very nice. Great boutique hotel with stylish and spacious rooms. Members of staff were very helpful and gave us a nice lunch recommendation.

Very close to railway station and a short walk into the centre. Staff very friendly and always had a smile. Not a lot of tourist information about but we used free wifi to do our own research. Very clean, modern, well designed hotel. Room had all amenities including drink making facilities. Not much of a view over internal area, but that was the only negative. Warm welcome and lots of information and advice from the Reception staff. Room was outstanding, clean, spacious for 3. Easy access to Stazione Porta Nord. Very large supermarket nearby to purchase anything.

Straight forward instructions to enter the property. Located 20 minutes walk from Modena train station and close the hospital where I had required regular attendances at. Venue appears clean. Water bottles regularly replenished in mini fridge which was handy for me to leave chilled fruit inside. Tea / coffee making facilities located in a communal area where it doesn't exactly have a proper kitchen but enough bottles of water to fill a kettle to boil and make a drink. No washing up required...

Excellent staff and facilities..hotel is a little way out from the city but there was a local bus stop 5 mins walk away..€1.50 for zone 1 takes you to the city

We stayed for 3 nights in June. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It's very well situated, only yards from the main square and a wonderful indoor food market. I'd recommend it.

A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

The breakfast and the team down in the breakfast room made it a 5 star experience, great coffee and great spread of Italian goodies. Mostly cold food but hot dishes. There is a lovely little outside area to enjoy one of best hotel breakfasts i had in a while. The receptionist on arrival was functional rather than Friendly and when I wanted to ask a quick query they prioritiesed a telephone. I had single room, narrow bed and near the elevators so some noise coming into the room. So breakfast team...

Hotel is just outside Modena main town, about 10 mins drive to centre. Hotel has a classic family run feel to it. Hotel grounds are beautiful with good free parking inside the grounds. Rooms are classic looking but very clean and comfortable. Modernised bathroom, comfy bed, kettle and coffee facilities in room. Lovely clean, comfortable basic family hotel. Comfy bed, lift, air con and buffet breakfast with homemade cappuccino. And free parking. What's not to love.
