"This stay was horrible. I had a theft from my room while staying one night. I believe it was an inside job but I have no way to prove or disprove that.
I contacted the front desk and they were less than helpful in reviewing who accessed my room from the key card entry or video surveillance. It was not until I called the Alma Police (They were great) to get a police report that the hotel staff did anything.
Ultimately, they claim they can not see room access through their access management...
