Palmera Sea View

"We have enjoyed relatively good stay. What were disadvantages - address is not written in full in property description. If you are not lucky as we was and get a taxi from airport (the driver was in his late 60s, to early 70s, so expected to be familiar with the area, or at least knows how to use his phone for directions) but he was none of this. The driver kept giving voice instruction to his mobile with name of the street and Mogan, so we got on the way to Mogan, and had to go around and around, the driver was asking his colleagues how to get to Palmera and finally the third one gave him right instructions. We did try to help, but unfortunately the driver did not speak and did not understand English, so we ended up paying more money for taxi. If the hotel management will read this message, please do add to address Patalavaca, before Mogan. Second disadvantage was the hot water, it is 25l boiler, and if you are more than 2 you should wait at least 20 min after one taking shower to be able to rely on hot water. Staying at deluxe flat with pool access could be both - advantage and disadvantage, depends on what type of neighbours you will get - some can be very noisy, sitting on the pool stairs just in front of the living area door, swimming and playing in the pool after 8PM."

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."

Hotel Mogan Princess & Beach Club- All Inclusive

"Good value for money and comfortable. Buffet varied and good quality. Beach bar a useful facility as is the bus to the beach although it’s easy walking distance. Entertainment a bit too focused on kids and variety performances but overall ok. Kids club a bit boring and not as good as other similar resorts in the Canaries."

"Upon arrival there was a little confusion as to the Hotel being closed and the numbers provided on the doors were of little help as nobody answered. After a caretaker had finally found us at the gate we managed to gain access but as he spoke no English it was all quite confusing. Amidst all the confusion we'd left our passports in the Taxi which I must say the Hotel staff once I was able to speak to them in reception were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate and retrieve them. The property itself was very nice! Clean, spacious, comfortable! Cleaners every other day The pool quiet and clean, and relatively warm for a none heated pool.. Very quiet and relaxed all round. One small niggle is on Hotels.com there is a deli/snack bar listed but this is not the case. There is a small shop attached to the reception which sells basics and such for in a pinch at reasonable prices! The late 8pm check out option was also a nice touch! Overall, a very nice stay and value for money was absolutely incredible! I'd happily recommend to anyone else. We will absolutely stop here again in the future."
