They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! "Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
