"The check-in was a little confusing. The front desk attendant though nice, he was extremely verbose and we were tired from driving all day and just wanted our key to the room and know where to park. He kept asking us about our boat plans for our stay and long stories about things that just made our check-in more confusing… like how to get to our room was a ten minute story and ended up not being the right directions in the end. Any-who… I’d give the room a “C-”. The ac made rattle noises and the bathroom vent rattled loudly too and didn’t do much of anything probably because it was really dirty. The sink had a super slow drain so it would fill up when we washed our hands or face or teeth. The lighting was dim and the bed was hard. The game room was a joke… one flat ping-pong ball and broken paddles. You had to pay to play pool. Oh! The front desk attendant said there was a Turkish bath. There is no Turkish bath. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good and the service at breakfast from the people keeping the food fresh to the people taking our dirty plates were super. The lobby area is cute. There were always nata’s and fresh fruit water at the reception. The pool are is very relaxing."

"Great location. The roof top pool and included breakfast was nice. The rooms were ok the restrooms pretty basic and dated more of a motel vibe. The water was out one morning for hours so no showers it would have been nice to have had some water to drink dropped off to the rooms. I patiently waited but had to walk my family a couple blocks to a cafe to use the washroom in the am. And the guy at the front desk I heard handling other customers concerns and questions in a pretty unsympathetic way."

"Bed is very firm, but I loved everything else about the hotel! Breakfast buffet lovely and great value. shower great, fantastic pool area and sunbeds. Sad to be leaving!"

"Incredible views, great amenities..walking distance to town and the beach! The rooms were a bit musty, and the AC didn’t work..but the staff did a great job with cleaning and excellent customer service."
