3 star hotel... Not enough sunbeds, disappointed the pool bar wasn’t open.Twice I asked for my room to be made up, could do with a clean in some places. breakfasts were good, slow service at bars, cheap prices though..lovely surrounding are, close to sea, plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Saying all that, Excellent value for money.. I would go again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay ..

There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled. We reported this to the dining room manager and I assume he had a word with her, but it was unpleasant to be dealt with in this way. We later learned that they only have an evening buffet, so there was no a la carte menu, but this could have been politely explained to us... On the good side, the pool and lounge area looked beautiful, and it was only a short walk to the beach, where we found a friendly place to eat after having been rudely kicked out of the hotel dining room. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, and it was quite good. We only stayed for one night. I'm not sure I'd want to go back.

Het hotel is zeer gedateerd , badkamer slecht onderhouden, oud. Een aantal keer geen handdoeken, die waren niet gebracht door de wasserette ? Schoonmaak minimaal. Ontbijt en diner, heel veel minder dan andere jaren. De lokatie van het hotel is geweldig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique. L’emplacement est vraiment bien (proche de la mer, et alentours très calme.) La piscine est agréable, par contre le bar extérieur est fermé, c’est dommage mais il y a le bar intérieur. Les prix sont raisonnables. La barmaid est très sympa, elle nous a fait un cocktail qui n’était pas à la carte. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est un peu vieillot, mais pas de surprise les photos sur les sites de réservations sont à jours, et la chambre avec la terrasse reste confortable. Mais ce serait toujours un plus une rénovation intérieure. Nous sommes content de nos vacances.

l'hotel reste trés correct mis à part que le bain à remous et le sauna ont disparus.....dommage. Par contre le restaurant est devenu "trés mauvais" et les personnes y travaillant manquent de compétence et de sympathie. Aucune ne parle le français et aucune ne sait ce qu'elle doit faire. les plats sont mauvais, froids ou mal cuits ( surtout les grillades). Pas ou peu de desserts et curieusement des bonbons.... La restauration a atteint son niveau le plus bas. Le pino Alto débaptisé est maintenant à éviter.

Regreso al pasado,NO SE COMO TIENE 4 ESTRELLAS,,,todo es súper antiguo, la limpieza fatal, había gente en el hotel que en 3 días no habían limpiado su habitación,,,no iba la cadena del WC, en la habitación habían hormigas,la moqueta del pasillo llevará 10 años que no pasan ni siquiera un aspirador, no hay ni una sola actividad, ni siquiera música ponen, el buffet, es el peor buffet que haya ido nunca,,,no había aceite de oliva o azúcar,,,y para comer siempre lo mismo, el pan olía a pescado,,,,realmente fatal,,,, el ascensor no iba, e íbamos con un carrito de bebé hasta una "segunda planta" que en verdad era 3°,,,En el bar no había de nada,,, La verdad necesita urgente una inspección en todos los sentidos.EL PERSONAL SE LES VE QUEMADOS DE LA SITUACIÓN, ya que ellos no tienen culpa, la culpa es la mala organización y gestión del hotel,,,

Sehr schönes Hotel mit potenzial nach oben.

Ein schönes Hotel in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage, nahe am Meer. Werde ich wieder besuchen. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern könnte eine liebevolle Auffrischung gebrauchen, damit das Innere zum äusseren passt.Man bemüht sich jedenfalls sehr. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Es un hotel bastante antiguo, aunque esta todo muy limpio. Lo peor fue, primero lo que targo la chica que estaba en recepcion en hacernos el check in, horrible!! Una h por lo menos. Además nos indico mal la hora de la comida y despues de pagar 55e comimos los restos de lo que quedaba! En el ultimo desayuno el mal trato de una de las camareras...un desastre!! Ya para rematar cuando salimos nos dicen que si no habiamos pagado, (pagamos mediante Expedia al reservar), y otro importe mas elevado!! Vamos, que aqui no vamos a volver!

Ne recommande pas, passez votre chemin

Accueil glacial, aucun sourire tout le long du séjour, un service au paiement au restaurant indigne d’un 4*, longue attente avec bagages dans les mains, pas de consignes sur l’hôtel, chambres désuètes, literie catastrophique ( digne de carpettes avec ressorts ressentis) Climatisation au compteur année 80 ( pas de boîtier ), demi-pension horrible, poisson avec Arête tous les soirs, petit déjeuner de basse qualité, jus de fruits rendent maux de ventre, mini club laisse les enfants aller à la piscine sans surveillance, on a retrouvé notre petit de 5ans dans la piscine sans brassard 15 minutes après l’avoir déposé au club enfant sans prévenir. On y remettra plus les pieds pour notre part

Hemos descansado y disfrutado😍

Hemos pasado una semana en este alojamiento, muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa, con animación para los niños mañana, tarde y minidisco por la noche. Las animadoras muy agradables y divertidas. La arquitectura del hotel es muy bonita, es como estar dentro de una villa, la decoración de las habitaciones algo anticuadas y la señal de tv fallaba muy a menudo, no hay mucha señal. El wifi ok. La limpieza muy bien. Tod@s l@s trabajador@s muy amables y simpátic@s, siempre una sonrisa. La comida en general bien, las salsas que acompañaban las carnes algo saladitas, pero todo rico. L@s camarer@s muy bien. Los demás huéspedes muy amigables y educad@s. Repetiríamos seguramente.
