"The Waldorf is situated in a beautiful historic building. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We ordered in room dining and it was fine. We also had breakfast and it was great. They seem to be a bit short on staff as every time we needed anything, the only staff member at reception was busy with another guest and wait time was quite long. Also, they gave us a bottle of wine which is a nice gesture but the wine was quite horrible. In a 5 star hotel, guests usually know a bit about wine."

"We have stayed in the La Defense area many times but this was the first time down near the River. Our 2 bedroom suite was great and was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. It's a 5 minute walk to the Esplanade metro station. Bear it mind much of the La Defense area is elevated so expect lots of stairs. There aren't many amenities right by the hotel but you are a short 15 minute walk up to the Westfield mall and also lots of other places around it. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive. There are a number of bakeries within an easy walk of the hotel. Also note that if you are getting dropped off / picked up by a taxi they probably will end up at the entrance to the hotel next door. We used a airport transfer app and was about 30 - 40 minutes to CdG each way. Would definitely stay again."

""We had a great time in Paris, and staying at your hotel was definitely the right choice. Kala at the front desk was incredibly kind. There was another staff member with her who seemed a bit off , but I chose to ignore it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I loved all of it! My only wish is that they should have dinner available to order for guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!"
