"We stayed there twice, probably liked the second time a bit better. I think the room the second time was a bit bigger. Also, staff was helpful in getting into room for the ice bucket, and gave us a wonderful tip about a nice nearby restaurant. Only big drawback was no shampoo in the washroom. Otherwise mostly good."

"We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room or offered towels, soap or anything even though the booking says housekeeping will come once a week. The hair dryer doesn’t even work and yes I pushed the gfci switch on the wall outlet and the reset on the hair dryer itself and still didn’t work. The room looks a lot better in the pictures than in reality."

"The lobby was not staffed when I arrived. I had to call a number for someone to come. The person who came was surly and abrupt. I was told breakfast was served at 7 am. When I came down a little after 7, there was no breakfast and no coffee. Another guest had called the phone number twice and was told staff would arrive shortly. They left in disgust at 7:45. I called the number and got voice mail. Eventually the same surly staff member came and set out cereal and waffle makings and juice. Then...

"The property and hotel were sketchy and felt unsafe. There was someone else in my room. Fresh paint over old stains. Didn't stay and went to a different hotel!! Very very disappointed!"
