"This Four Seasons has lovely staff and service and is in a fantastic location. We came to go to Liberty Island, and it was so convenient! The room was lovely, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for 2 kids, including cupcakes, bubble bath, robes, and Four Seasons style local stuffies. The only complaint is the pool. It was cold cold cold, and a hot tub is conspicuously missing. That’s quite a drawback IMO, as our MO when we travel is to spend a lot of time in the hotel and especially in the...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
