"The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it. The kitchen seems to have zero exhaust hoods so it's smoky all through out the hotel. You would think being in the Basque Country you would have a great breakfast but it was the equivalent to a generic American hotel breakfast. The staff was nice enough to refund us the money they charged us for the hot water the next morning. With just a little more attention to details and the hotel would make it a better stay. "

There was a flashing light in the ceiling sensor and even when we turned off all power to the room this light kept flashing. All night long and there is no front desk/receptionist to go see for help. I did let the property people know but there was no response……"
