"Nice attractive hotel, with good patio and garden. Very good sized rooms which were serviced daily. Comfortable large bed. The bathroom was quite small,and the shower, was tiny, and with the sticking shower door, getting in and out was a bit difficult. Any one slightly claustrophobic would not be happy especially when the door sticks. The front room could be quite noisy, early evening,as the road was clearly a cut through to avoid the chaos on the main roads. That sais we had no problems...

"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "

"Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ambiasciatore. The room was huge, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wonderful view. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of most of the Palermo sights. The street outside was busy, but we didn't notice the noise in our room.
