The room view wasn’t anything special—ours looked out onto the fire station—but the service more than made up for it, as it was truly excellent."

"The property was in extreme disrepair. There wasn't any other person at the facility. Our only contact was by phone with a person 1 hour away and we couldn't understand him. We were too nervous to leave our car there overnight and drove home arriving at 3:30 in the morning. Not an easy task for seniors. This property should not be on Expedia!! "
