"Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay."

The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
