"It was the last-minute decision to stay here as we were traveling to the beach and needed to spend the night somewhere. The lady that was at the check-in desk was extremely helpful when we got to our rooms after check-in. One of the rooms was not cleaned so I immediately went back downstairs and she was super helpful. Got us into a different room and for the rest of the night it was fine. Breakfast was good the next morning."

"Hotel was packed with young girls for what appeared to be a softball event. Got up to take a shower to discover ZERO hot water in our room. Due to the number of guests all trying to get ready at the same time, it seems the hotel water heaters couldn't keep up. Front staff was USELESS regarding this matter! Told me " we've never had an issue before". When I requested a partial refund, they said no manager was on duty to talk to me and someone would contact me. 5 days later, no one has contacted me!"
