"I had no idea I would be booking a room in a place this. The pictures on Expedia looked decent, and quite different than in person. There were 2 bugs in the toilet, the lights didn’t work and it reeked of cigarettes in my room. I asked to switch rooms immediately, as I was not given a refund to stay somewhere else. "Beach view is great no complaints Air conditioning was horrible room didn't get cool at all had to sleep with balcony door open (April) Staff was extremely rude after requesting towels multiple times and having to go get them myself house keeping showed up while I was in the shower banging on the door like they were the police mind you the beach was on lock down with a mandatory curfew due to the high crime going on in Virginia Beach I had to jump out of the shower with only a hand towel...
