"The staff was very cordial and helpful. The facilities throughout the hotel are relatively new and kept in good condition. The decor is modern, light and airy. The air conditioner worked well and wasn't loud or disruptive to sleep. The bed was comfortable. Ample and free parking. It wasn't of concern to us, but landscaping hasn't yet been done, and there is no pool or spa. There are no private patios, and although there is one picnic table and a portable BBQ on one end of the ground floor, there is nothing there to make it an appealing place to sit. It could be made comfortable for watching sunset, but since it faces the parking lot, there shouldn't be parking spaces in front of that area. Potted plants and a low retainer wall and/or planter box(s) could create a sense of separation from the cars. Thank you for a reasonably priced and clean place to stay!"

"We really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because it really was a nice location. Unfortunately, there were a few items that needed attention. Our shower dispenser was completely empty, so we were left have to use the bar of soap by the sinks. The ceiling to floor mirror was filthy. My wife almost started cleaning it and I told her that it was not our responsibility to clean for the hotel. Lastly, the property is poorly lit at night. We returned back to our room around 9pm and parked in the spa parking lot, which was a 5-minute walk to our room. Although the pathway had lights along it none of them worked. It was completely dark, so we had to use the flashlights on our phones. We felt that this was somewhat negligent for a 5-star rated property. Other than that, we did have a nice stay,"
