"Séjour extrêmement décevant au The Yard Corfu. Derrière une communication très travaillée et une image de “boutique hôtel premium”, la réalité est tout autre.
À notre arrivée pour 2 nuits réservées via Expedia, après un accueil très théâtral, on nous annonce soudain qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible à cause d’un prétendu problème électrique. Aucun appel, aucun email avant notre venue, alors que l’hôtel avait tous nos contacts. L’explication semblait inventée : on nous dit qu’aucune...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel!! A bit of a drive from everything else in Corfu, which is a plus& minus.
Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work well & still didn’t work even after maintenance came.
Overhead showers would be nice."

"Lovely hotel , beach great , sunbeds very comfortable . You can order drinks from sunbed . Clean sea . Always beds available . We were half board and you can swap lunch for dinner which is great . "By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!"

"Ein Boutique Hotel mit 101 Zimmern ... ich hatte mir das Hotel etwas kleiner vorgestellt, der Frühstückssaal hatte auch die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle, zum Essen gab es sehr viel Auswahl, aber der Kaffee war sehr wenig inspirierend, und Butter als Brotaufstrich war gar nicht verfügbar (nur Margarine). Wir hatten einen Bungalow gemietet, sehr schön und sehr zu empfehlen, erreichbar oben am Hang glücklicherweise mit einem Schrägaufzug. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super...
