"Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade."

"Great place to stay. Bathrooms shared and clean. Room clean. Staff friendly. Held our bags before checkin so we could wander. Easy checkout. There will be noise because it's above a pub. AC was great white noise. Great location as a jump spot for touristy things. Reasonable price. Expect these things and it's a 5 star experience."

"The proximity of the walking distance to the train was an invaluable as it made traveling easy during our 5 day stay. The scenery of the Sydney bridge and Luna park from the hotel room, patio in front of the hotel, and from the LB restaurant was incredible view. The hotel staff were extremely professional. The LB restaurant staff defined service.
I would highly recommend this full service hotel.
