"Way too sketchy!! "

"Hyatt place is usually our favorite hotel because it is clean and dependable. This experience was very different. The property was very rundown and dirty. Only one working elevator and that one had a broken grab bar. No ice machine. In the room the carpets were stained and dirty. The ceilings were cracked. There were lots of scratches on the door around the door knob. The air conditioning was very loud. There was no soap in the shower, the large container was empty. The room was in terrible disrepair with Messi caulking around the edges. Lots of dust bunnies hanging from the popcorn ceiling."

"The pool was a little chilly but refreshing on a hot day. Everything else was perfect. New hotel with a friendly staff. Everything was clean and fresh. "

"Room was gross had no ac tried to turn the thermostat on and almost got electrocuted sparks flew everywhere.. was hot all night… crackheads milling around everywhere not worth the price at all"

"The property is old and run down. There are abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Thank goodness they let us look at the room before we made a decision to check in. Needless to say, we went to another motel "

"You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Our AC didn’t work the first night and when we asked about it they said don’t set it lower than 72, which is nuts!! The carpet was dingy with several stains. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see the top of my head and I’m only 5’6”. "

"Very surprised to show up and find out there was a complimentary buffet for dinner and breakfast and the restaurant was open late if we got hungry after buffet was over. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and informative. Pool was heated but unfortunately the kids didn’t get to use it, due to scheduling but it’s always nice to know about the pool if you have time to use it. Facility was very nice and rooms were very comfortable. Definitely going to stay here again!"
