"The staff is very helpful, the lobby is lovely. But I noticed it is a little grubby since the last time I stayed here a year and a half ago. Chipped paint, dirty carpet in the hallway."

"La struttura, che possiede anche un fascino storico, si presenta molto bene, sia a livello di prima immagine e sia nella struttura interna e camere. Lo staff è stato accogliente, attento e gentile in tutti gli aspetti. La posizione logistica è super strategica, calma e panorama attorno, 10 minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è una nota di merito da tenere conto."

"Housekeeping was excellent, staff on reception was also very helpful and friendly. However breakfast on average, coffee was nice. Very important note, that Hotel is not located very close to the sea, property has bicycle rental, but 20EUR per day for the older creaky regular bicycle it is too much"

"Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend."

"Tutto perfetto, immerso nel verde con bellissimi panorama dalla piscina in l’articolare. Piscina perfettamente tenuta, pulita e con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione. Le stanze non sono nuove, ma perfettamente tenute. Colazione di prodotti basici come pan di Spagna, caffetteria, frutta e marmellate. Ottimo lo yogurt. "
