"Bugs and mosquitoes on the wall. Checked in at 1140 before midnight. Sent them a message and changed the room at 230 in the morning. We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. Noi abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante dell’hotel, un pasto completo, semplice e ben fatto a un prezzo ottimo. C’è un altro ristorante di livello più alto e aperto al pubblico. "Abbiamo preso una delle stanze con idromassaggio, purtroppo la vasca è singola, (non ci si sta in due 😉) bisogna fare attenzione a non riempirla troppo altrimenti l'acqua va ovunque, la pendenza dove è posata non è sufficente a far andare l'acqua verso il piatto doccia, stessa situazione se si vuole usare la doccia in due, l'acqua allaga la parte dal lato della vasca. "the staff was absolutely amazing. everyone was very warm, friendly, and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast had a wide variety of good options for only being 8 euros. the location was a tad inconvenient since we went to milan almost everyday and could not stay out late because the buses did not run late, but that is obviously on me for not checking more thoroughly and not in their control. the transportation was still easy enough, just a bit inconvenient."
