"Overall it was a pleasant stay. We had an event on Sunday in the Hawkeye Room, which was set up for our event, staff present did not seem to know about the event and we had to arrange with them to get a tub with ice for our drinks. They were helpful guiding folks to where we were. One of the rooms I reserved did not have a TV. that worked for a least a couple days and we did not have soap and shampoo in either shower, which I asked about but nothing happened. Parking was ok in the garage, but elevator was not working, which made for a lot more getting up and down stairs. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. Had hoped that the restaurant /bar would have been open as advertised."

"Staff does a very nice job and it has gotten better with there service. Property is being updated but still needs more work, but like the way they have done much better than previous owners."
