"The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! "Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers."

"We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. "The water park is the main attraction attracting families with kids... But the rooms are designed for just sleeping.. I stayed there a family of two adults and three kids. For two nights.. I took store bought container food and paper plates.. But there was no where to sit. We sat on the beds.. Food got everywhere. On the floor, beds.. Everywhere.. And there is nowhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits, bags.. and only one tiny trash can.. But they will give you trash bags if you want them. And...
