The apartment manager was accommodating. He met us at the metro so we won’t have trouble locating the apartment. It was our first time in Russia so that was a big help.
For an additional fee, he also fixed needed documentation for us because foreigners needed to be registered upon arrival in Moscow.
Carrying our luggage to and from the third floor was a challenge. There is an elevator but it only stops mid-floors.
They provided towels, slippers, shampoo and soap. The kitchen also had basic stuff if one wants to cook instead of eating out.
The apartment is not too near the metro. Atleast a 10min walk. Our children hates walking so we resorted to uber. Restaurants are atleast 3 short blocks away but there is a grocery and a pharmacy at the ground floor of the apartment building. A deli is also only a few buildings away.
The downside was the sofa beds would not unfold. The apartment manager offered to send someone to help us set it up but we decided to just not use it.
The apartment is old and could use a little more cleaning but over all all we had a comfortable stay. We left with happy memories.
