"Good for the most parts. Clean, provided like home kitchen with all gadgets. Not sure home to operate microwave oven... Though the WiFi internet need great improvement, works only first of 5 days. The later 4 days has brokrn connection every 2 / 3 seconds (unsuable). The AC in bathroom / toilet and mid floor bedroom can also have some improvement (It's too hot there (too far from AC)."

"This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. The aquarium is close to this place and a few other things like the pineapple winery. We absolutely loved it. They even included some complimentary drinks when we arrived. "This was our honeymoon trip, and it simply would not have been as perfect as it was, had we not stayed at this hotel! If you don’t stay at Hotel Nikko Alivila you are truly missing out. This hotel and all of their employees are truly magical. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, every inch of the property. Every staff member met us with kindness, respect, and was always willing to help. They were so accommodating, whether we were speaking English or our little bit of Japanese. The pool and the beaches are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is 100% worth the price. You have three different restaurants you can choose from every morning. The food was always delicious, no matter the time of day. You can have the hotel send you a taxi at the airport to get you to the hotel and then rent a car through the hotel, they make it so simple for anyone traveling! We hope to make it back to this hidden gem one day! Thank you Hotel Nikko Alivila!!! "
