Sorry to hear that you felt there was a smell inside your chalet and that the shower didn't work. We have looked into this, and after testing the shower numerous times, it worked well each time. We also did not smell any bad odour in the chalet. It is unfortunate that you experienced this and did not call our after-hours number which was provided in the information sent to you before check-in, as a staff member could have addressed this immediately for you. Should you wish to discuss this further, please give us a call and we will happy to have a chat with you.
