"The shuttle is ONCE a day each way. That’s not specified. 830 in the morning and 530 at night. That’s it. Also, there’s an overwhelming ‘fresh’ scent in the lobby. To anyone with allergies or scent sensitivity, it’s a bit much. The room doors are fairly loud to shut. Especially late when some of the parks special events end. Other than that it was clean, cool, and the staff was mostly kind. There is a fee if you want to check in early. Not to bag drop, just to check in."

"I normally stay on property at universal but needed budget friendly option. This was wonderful. Staff was warm and welcoming and SUPER helpful. Especially my girl Marie! Very clean but starting to get worn down in the bathrooms in room. Pool was clean and had towels available. Halloween themed bar was closed when I went down a few times on Saturday evening which was a bummer. Will definitely be staying again!"
