"The Hotels appearance was a little out dated and the staff wasn't very helpful. The elevators were not working and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor with the luggage. Spooky area and not much lighting on the road."

"Everything was very nice. Clean and quiet room where even the air handling was not noisy. The bed was very comfortable. If I had to pick something negative, my only thought would be that the self parking is in a deck shared by multiple businesses and is very confusing to utilize. We sorted it out and that is a minor thing. That there is affordable parking next to the hotel is a bonus even if we got a bit confused."

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice and looks well maintained. The room was clean and comfy. Staff was all right, we had minimal interaction, check in and check out. The location is not that great, it is in what looks like a business park, however the surroundings look clean and well maintained. You'd need to drive (or Uber) to get to some downtown in the area. All in all a good place to stay the night."

"Perfect walkable location- the tour guides, were amazing. The ghost walk and investigation in the basement and Jennie Wade birthplace were great- really knew their history and ghosts (something we do a LOT of so impressing us isn’t easy. Would most certainly stay here on all our future visits. Two things to note- no room fridge- we stopped at walmart and got a small cheap cooler, bag of ice, and there was an ice machine on property. No toiletries in our room if you forgot something."
