"Everything was great"

"One Desk Clerk, sick as a dog, greeted us. We didn't want any contact. She shouldn't have been there. Room was cold, then too hot. Stinky. Picture shows a Suite (it's in the name). But instead a small, cramped room. TV guide didn't work. Barking, whining dog 2 doors down. Won't return under any circumstances."

"I checked into this hotel...was in there approx 10 minutes & checked out. I was still charged; Expedia & LaQuinta wouldn't refund. VERY dirty. Used straw on floor, someone's glasses on floor w/dried food next to the glasses = apparently not vacuumed. Looked like blood on door near safety latch. Spots on dresser where a drink had been = not wiped down. Several black hairs on the bathroom counter. I have pics of all. Hallway is dark. Absolutely horrible. I checked into Spark down the road. "

"The staff is wonderful very kind and helpful always thankful with a smile The breakfast is amazing always so much to offer and freshly made their coffee is delicious I appreciate that they are pet friendly. it’s a beautiful place to stay "
