"Nice place to stay. Easy to get to from the highway. Room fairly clean and functional. Only one horizontal bar by toilet but we worked with it. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. One really helped me out when we wanted to stay an extra night in same room…was so grateful for that! No coffeemaker in room but if you ask they have them at the front desk. "We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night."

"The room was not clean . The floor had not been cleaned, there was trash under the desk (used dental floss pick and q-tip). The soap dispenser was empty in the shower and they just dropped on on the floor outside the door. I had to install it, then they never did pick up the empty bottle laying on the counter for the 4 day stay. The comforter was unraveling. The window sill looked like someone had used it to set their soda cups because the sill had several cup rings. Someones sun glasses...

"My husband and I booked our room a month in advance. When we got there from the outside everything looks nice and clean. Amanda the front desk lady was very friendly and nice. However when we got to our room it was TERRIBLE. Upon entrance it had a strange smell (smoke like) that lingered throughout the entire stay. We had to ask for whole new bedding because it was hair and stains all on them. The floor was covered in hair. Kitchen was very nasty. I immediately put all the dishes in the...
