"I was not happy the pool was not able to be used. I understand the roof being done, but we should have been notified that it wasn’t going to be open. The floors were not clean in the room, and I found several bugs. I also did not like that doors were left open to the outside and I didn’t feel safe.
I had to pay to swim at a public pool and that was not okay. I even called to confirm my stay a week prior and I was not notified that the pool wasn’t gonna be open and so forth. I feel like a discount should be put in place or something as we book this a long time ago and we’re not told that you were gonna be under construction on the roof and when we checked, and we were also not told anything about the pool.
