"The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the pub. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was great— able to walk down to the river every morning and were minutes away from all we wanted to do. Property is well tended to. I believe they are in the process of upgrading the tv boxes, but maintenance was quick to reset ours when the channels didn’t load. The in-room coffee could be better, but other than that, the amenities were just great. We’ll stay again whenever we come back!"

"The other guests were too loud, late into the night, both rooms I had were too loud. I left the hotel with neck damage due to stress from being woken up repeatedly."

"We stopped here in the middle of a cross country move. We booked it because of the other positive reviews. The front desk staff person was sooo nice and helpful. The room was very clean and just right for a night’s sleep and dog friendly. We parked outside our door; easy in and out. If you get a chance, drive a mile down the road and hit Honey Bean Coffee and Tea. Great coffee! And the Donut Palace has amazing biscuits and gravy and other yummy treats! "

"Where to begin? Reasonable price. Comfy beds. Quiet air conditioner. Fresh coffee available 24/7. Someone at the desk any time I went in there. Employees - excellent!"

"Excellent experience. The property was clean and well designed. The two pools were beautiful with one slightly heated for adults. The star party event Saturday night was awesome - kudos to the astronomer and his telescope. The property is surrounded by oaks and cedars and sits on a hilltop ridge. It felt private, but restaurants weren’t far in Kerrville. I didn’t realize it was a time share property and was surprised to be asked to join a sales tour. But it wasn’t required - I declined and it was no big deal. "
