"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staffā€™s kindness."

"Our first trip to Crete couldnā€™t have been more perfect! We stayed in the Junior Suite with a private pool for five nights, and from the moment we arrived it truly felt like home. The property is absolutely stunning! We actually found it hard to leave because it was so peaceful and beautiful. The private pool made our stay feel extra special, and every corner of the hotel was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. One of the biggest surprises was the food. We had planned to explore different restaurants around the island, but the meals at the hotel were so delicious that we ended up eating most of our meals on the property. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend the seafood orzo at Alati. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and it made our first visit to Crete unforgettable."
