"View is amazing, however if you cannot get a good night sleep due to the state of the bed it doesn't matter how nice the view is. Bed base had clearly been broken for a while and been repaired poorly in the past so had 2 shocking nights of the 3 that we stayed. Bed was patched up before night 3 and sincerely hope the owner has since replaced the base. Extra bed consists of a blowup mattress that 'looses' air during the night so have to pump up multiple times during the night. Only received one...

"If you are going to Suncorp Stadium or a Caxton Street venue like Lefty's Music Hall, this is the ideal place to stay. Arrive early to ensure limited hotel parking because the only other option is The Barracks which is very expensive. There are two sets of lifts in the carpark - one goes to the function area and the other to hotel reception, so make sure you read the signs. We checked in a little early and I agreed to stay in an accessible room as our room wasn't ready. Good air-con, comfortable...

The pool was good, my only small gripe is that the “gym” is simply a small room with two cardio machines. That aside, cannot fault this place and would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an apartment style place in Brisbane "

"Everything from check in to check out, the staff were amazing! Our room was clean, property was clean and guests were also friendly. The rooftop patio and bar were great! The gentleman that served us both nights was pleasant and welcoming. Being in our mid 50’s we weren’t too sure if this accommodation was going to suit us. We are so thrilled that we booked our stay at the YHA! "
