"The room smelt like an ash tray. The shower head didn’t work water was seeping out from under the tub. All of the pictures online are very deceiving. Very disappointed customer."

"Friendly staff, easy check in and out, large sized room, a/c was quiet and cool, clean comfortable bedding and safe, secure parking. Great value for your buck and great access to the freeway as well. I would definately stay here again and will stay here again on my next trip to Winstar. "

"The room smelled terrible. Floor was dirty, long black hair in shower, that was before we even showered. Stains on furniture, stained pillow cases. I truly resembles a crime scene that was attempted to be cleaned up."

"Had everything I needed; decent bed, modest bathroom. TV worked OK. A little too near the very busy highway, but I slept OK."
